 Kulshan Community Land Trust is a membership organization. What this means is that KulshanCLT is only as strong as its membership. We invite you to help create affordable housing in Whatcom County by becoming a member. Members support our operations by donating time and funds, may vote on affairs of the organization, co-own land, and receive our newsletters, Annual Report, and discounts to our events. KulshanCLT is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), community-based corporation with an open membership and a democratically elected board of trustees.
